Commission adopted 39 decisions regarding European integration, securities issues, and the activities of market participants

On 17 June 2026, the National Securities and Stock Market Commission held its regular meeting.

During the meeting, the NSSMC Commissioners adopted 39 resolutions concerning the harmonization of Ukrainian legislation with European Union law, the NSSMC’s rulemaking activities, the regulation of professional participants in capital markets and organized commodity markets, the registration of share and corporate bond issues, and the activities of collective investment institutions.

In addition, the appointments of officials of professional capital market participants and asset management companies were approved, and issues related to the registration of securities issues, prospectuses, and the activities of corporate and mutual investment funds were reviewed.
