Key topics include updates to the regulatory legal framework, issues related to depository activities and market participant reporting, financial monitoring, sanctions policy, and the activities of professional capital market participants.
A separate set of questions focused directly on market operations: the registration of corporate bond and stock issuances, the activities of collective investment institutions, and the approval of executives and other officials of asset management companies.
