Regulatory changes, securities, and investment funds: what the Commission discussed at its meeting

Today, 17 July, the National Securities and Stock Market Commission held its regular meeting. The agenda included 57 items covering various areas of the Commission’s work.

Key topics include updates to the regulatory legal framework, issues related to depository activities and market participant reporting, financial monitoring, sanctions policy, and the activities of professional capital market participants.

A separate set of questions focused directly on market operations: the registration of corporate bond and stock issuances, the activities of collective investment institutions, and the approval of executives and other officials of asset management companies.
