A commission for selecting NSSMC authorized officials begins its work: the kick-off meeting will be streamed online

On Monday, 29 June, at 15:00, the first meeting of the Commission for the selection of NSSMC authorized officials will take place.

As a reminder, the NSSMC announced an open competition to establish the institution of authorized officials. This is a new mechanism provided for by legislation that will strengthen oversight of capital markets and organized commodity markets.

Authorized officials will investigate violations, oversee related cases, and help increase market transparency, protect investors’ rights, and implement European regulatory standards.
