For the first time, Ukraine participated in a meeting of the OECD Committee on Corporate Governance

For the first time, Ukraine was represented by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission as a full member of the OECD Committee on Corporate Governance at its 51st meeting.

The Commission reaffirmed its unwavering commitment to strengthening corporate governance as the foundation of economic resilience, transparency, and investment attractiveness.

Among the priorities are strengthening investor protection, increasing the accountability of supervisory boards, and reforming corporate governance at state-owned enterprises.

NSSMC Commissioner Maxym Libanov spoke on behalf of Ukraine at the meeting.
