NSSMC authorized officials will deal with cases, investigations, and their support

Until 23 September, the NSSMC is accepting applications from candidates for the positions of authorized officials in three areas: case review, investigation, and case support.

The work of authorized officials involves analyzing case files, evaluating evidence and circumstances, applying legal provisions, and formulating a professional opinion based on the results of the review.

That is why candidates must be prepared to work with large amounts of information and complex cases in which a decision requires not the formal application of a certain legal provision, but a comprehensive assessment of the facts and risks.

For this job, it is important to think independently, take responsibility for your decisions, be able to defend your position, and remain impartial in difficult situations.

The Commission is considering candidates with experience in law, the financial sector, compliance, supervision, auditing, and investigations.

The deadline for submitting documents is 23 September.
