Investor protection: the list of SCAM projects updated

The Commission continues to work on ensuring investor protection – at its regular meeting, the list of potentially dangerous investment projects was updated.

The following SCAM projects were added to the list:

• «MaxProfit Academy Ltd.» – https://maxprofitacademy.com;
• «Azeta SA» – https://azeta-sa.com.

The updated list now contains 458 projects that show signs of fraud or violations of law. They can be found on our official website in the section “Investor Protection.”

Please note the typical signs of risky investment projects: no licenses or clear information about the organizers, no supporting documents, no proper regulation or supervision, aggressive advertising, promises of unrealistically high returns, and no mention of possible risks.
