Commission continues to keep investors informed: a list of SCAM projects is updated

The NSSMC continues to work to protect investors and regularly informs the public about financial projects that carry potential risks.

The following dubious investment projects were added to the list:

● “EXT Ltd” – https://ext-ltd.com;
● “Universal Group” – https://universalgroup.ink.

The updated list now includes 464 projects for which there are indications of fraud or violations of the law. You can view them on our official website under the section “Investor Protection”.

For your attention are the typical warning signs of risky investment schemes: lack of permits and transparent information about the founders; no official confirmation of the project’s activities; it is not subject to proper regulatory oversight; manipulative advertising tactics are actively used; and exorbitant profits are promised without any mention of potential losses. If you came across a dubious investment project or suspect fraudulent activity, please report it to the Commission at the following email address: [email protected]. Your warning will help protect both your rights and the rights of other potential investors.
