The NSSMC specialists will talk about the key aspects of financial monitoring within the webinar

The specialists of the NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) will participate in the online webinar on Financial Monitoring of the NDU – the Main Changes and Key Aspects, organized by the National Depository of Ukraine.

The webinar will be held online on February 10, 2022, beginning at 11:00 a.m. The event will be useful to issuers and depository institutions.

The NSSMC speakers:

Oleh Mysiura – the Director of the Financial Monitoring and Inspections Department,

Iryna Ivanko – the Head of the Regulation of Primary Financial Monitoring Entities Unit.

The representatives of the Regulator will talk about the importance of financial monitoring and the changes that the NSSMC has made to this Procedure. In particular, this applies to the remote verification of clients electronically, using the modern databases, electronic documents and data storages, etc.
