Maksym Libanov, Commissioner, will take part in a seminar on corporate governance

Maksym Libanov, Commissioner, will take part in the 2-day seminar «New Law of Ukraine on Joint-Stock Companies: Main Amendments».

The organizer is the Сorporate Governance Professional Association (CGPA).

The event will take place on September 19-20, 2022 in an online format on the ZOOM platform.

It is planned that the participants of the event will discuss:

– new regulation of the procedure for conducting various methods of holding general meetings of shareholders;

– issues of creation and activity of Councils and executive bodies of companies, both JSC and LLC;

– JSC officials – new grounds and procedure for prosecution, conflict of interests, transactions with interest;

– amendments to the legal regulation of issues of corporate governance in LLCs;

– final and transitional provisions of the Law, etc.
