The National Securities and Stock Market Commission together with the National Depository of Ukraine will hold a webinar on the topic: “Meetings of bondholders – what, for whom and for what.”

The event will take place on August 17 at 15:00.

Maksym Libanov, Commissioner, will be the speaker on behalf of the NSSMC.

Webinar participants will discuss issues of holding a general meeting of bondholders, namely:

▪️ the regulatory basis for organizing a bondholders’ meeting;

▪️ application of the mechanism of bondholders’ meeting in practice;

▪️ the operation of the authorized electronic system for holding bondholders’ meeting (AES).
