The NSSMC has updated the rules for conducting operations in the capital markets during the war

The NSSMC (the National Securities and Stock Market Commission) made additional amendments to the Resolution №144 dated 08.03.2022 which regulates the conduct of operations in the capital markets for the period of martial law.

The amendments concern the possibilities of conducting financial transactions by the professional participants, as well as the peculiarities of the activities of depository institutions and non-state pension funds.
