The NSSMC has extended the deadline for eliminating violations in the capital markets

The NSSMC has decided to extend the implementation of orders to eliminate violations in the capital markets and organized commodity markets. The instructions of the NSSMC may be complied with within three months after the end of martial law.

It is necessary to inform about the elimination of violations and provide supporting documents in the way determined by the NSSMC.

The Resolution applies to issuers, participants in capital markets and organized commodity markets, as well as the subjects of primary financial monitoring.
