The NSSMC approved a new procedure for accepting documents during the war

For the convenience of participants in capital markets and organized commodity markets, the NSSMC has decided on the specifics of accepting documents for the period of martial law.

Temporarily, the NSSMC has determined the following procedure:

• submission of documents provided by the regulations of the NSSMC can be done in electronic form (instead of paper) to the mailbox [email protected];
• the list of documents to be submitted is determined by the NSSMC regulations. Each document must be completed in a separate file in PDF / A format with the electronic signature of the applicant’s authorized person;
• the results of consideration of the provided package of documents by the NSSMC will be sent in electronic form using the CEP of the authorized person of the NSSMC to the mailbox from which the letter was received;
• acceptance of documents by the above-mentioned means is terminated the day after the abolition of martial law in Ukraine.

The Resolution on the peculiarities of the adoption of documents by the NSSMC shall take effect from the date of its publication on the official website of the NSSMC.
