NSSMC changed the deadline for professional participants for submission of internal documents by brought in accordance with the law

The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) has changed the deadline for a number of professional participants for submission to the regulator of internal documents brought in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets”.

Therefore, copies of internal documents confirming the compliance of their activities with the requirements of the Law will have to be sent to the regulator within three months after the end of martial law.

The Resolution comes into force from the date of its publication on the official website of the NSSMC.
