The NSSMC has changed the deadline for the development and submission of internal documents for non-systemically important professional participants

The NSSMC established a new deadline within which professional participants of capital markets and organized commodity markets that are non-systemically important must develop, approve and submit internal documents to the regulator in accordance with the corporate governance standard. This must be done within 90 calendar days after the end of martial law.
