Professional activities in the capital markets and organized commodity markets are not subject to the declaratory principle during wartime

The NSSMC (National Securities and the Stock Market Commission) draws the attention of professional participants to the peculiarities of conducting activities in the capital markets and organized commodity markets during the period of martial law.

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine #827 dated July 22, 2022, professional activity in the capital markets and organized commodity markets does not belong to the type of economic activity that can be conducted on the basis of the submission of a declaration under martial law.

Already submitted declarations are considered valid within five days from the date of entry into force of the specified Resolution. In order to continue to conduct activities in the capital markets and organized commodity markets, it is necessary to obtain the permission documents provided by the law.
