The National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) invites market participants to take part in the meeting of the Committee on the Functioning of the Capital Markets Trading Infrastructure and consider the draft decision on Approval of the Licensing Conditions for Professional Activity in the Capital Markets – Financial Instruments Trading.

We remind you that the draft was previously published on the official website of the NSSMC. Thus, after receiving and analyzing all the proposals and comments, the NSSMC plans to discuss all the details with market participants and re-approve the draft revised decision at a meeting of the regulator.
