The Consolidation of Actions: the NSSMC structured its Resolutions on the functioning of the joint-stock company’s governing bodies

The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) structured its own Resolutions and amendments to them, which the Regulator had adopted on the peculiarities of the functioning of the shareholders’ governing bodies of the joint stock company for the period of martial law.
