We would like to remind you that the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) has approved a Resolution on the Peculiarities of Providing Administrative Services by the NSSMC during the period of martial law (No. 223 dated 22.02.2024).
The application and documents for obtaining administrative services are submitted to the NSSMC

The NSSMC adopted Resolution on Peculiarities of Acceptance of Documents by the NSSMC dated 19.04.2022 No. 310. The document stipulates that during the period of martial law, documents submitted to the NSSMC in paper form (including documents for the provision of administrative services, documents for registration actions, applications, reports, etc.) may be submitted to the NSSMC in electronic form through the official communication channel to the email address [email protected]. The requirements of the legislation on electronic documents and electronic document management must be taken into account.
