The license conditions of institutional investors’ asset management activities have come into force

The NSSMC  informs that today, May 13, the licensing conditions for professional activities in the capital markets – the activities of managing the assets of institutional investors – came into force.

The document was registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 28, 2022 under No. 465/37801.

The license conditions updated by the NSSMC set out:

• the requirements that the applicant must meet in order to obtain a license, as well as the licensee during the management of the assets of institutional investors;
• initial capital requirements for legal entities that intend to carry out such activities;
• list of required documents submitted to the NSSMC.
