A new procedure for filing insurance reports on private pension provision has come into force

The NSSMC draws attention to the fact that the Procedure for Submission of Reporting on Non-State Pension Provision by an Insurance Organization has entered into force.

The document passed the state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 23, 2022 under N 252/37588 and came into force on March 11, 2022.

The procedure covers the reports submitted by the insurer to the NSSMC, as well as the reports submitted by the insurer to persons who have concluded insurance contracts with it in the private pension system. The normative act fully prescribes all the requirements for market participants, forms of certificates, reports, etc.
