NSSMC: next consolidation of Resolutions on the procedure for conducting operations in capital markets during martial law

The NSSMC (National Commission on Securities and Stock Market) summarized and structured its own Resolutions on the procedure for conducting operations in capital markets during martial law.

The NSSMC prepared a single document with all the changes that were made from the beginning of March to the end of April 2022, in the decision №144. With this Resolution, the regulator provided for each segment of capital markets a list of operations that can be carried out in wartime.
