NSSMC: the list of transactions with UCITS assets during martial law has been supplemented

The NSSMC adopted its Resolution on supplement the list of transactions that may be carried out with UCITS assets during martial law in the country.

The NSSMC allowed to:

• pay dividends of UCITS (mutual investment institutions), which were accrued until February 24, 2022,
• remunerate AMCs (asset management companies), custodians, administrators of NPFs (non-state pension funds) in an amount not exceeding the average monthly remuneration for the previous 12 months,
• extend deposit agreements,
• financing of already started construction in the regions of the western region of the country.
