The NSSMC has postponed the deadline for the CPO to develop internal regulations on corporate governance

The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) has changed the deadline for the development and approval of methodological recommendations for compliance procedures, risk management, internal audit and the content of documents regulating them.

It is established that the relevant recommendations should be developed by self-regulatory organizations of professional participants in capital markets and other other associations of professional participants within 60 calendar days after the end of martial law.

It should be noted that the rule on the preparation of methodological guidelines is recommended, and the document itself should be created taking into account current standards of corporate governance.
