The NSSMC has extended the deadline for standardizing internal documents related to clearing activities

In connection with the martial law, the NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) has changed the deadline for bringing the internal documents of professional participants who conduct clearing activities iin accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on Conducting of Clearing Activities. For this, the regulator set aside 90 calendar days after the end of martial law.

The Regulation on the conducting of clearing activities was approved by the Resolution of the NSSMC №5 dated  January 13, 2022 and registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 1, 2022 №114/37450.

The Resolution of the NSSMC regarding the change of the term shall enter into force from the moment of its publication on the official website. You can read the document by following the link.
