The NSSMC has developed a procedure for providing information on securities and issuers related to the russian federation

The NSSMC systematizes information on securities located in Ukraine and related to the russian federation (rf). In the future, the possibility of restricting the access of representatives of the aggressor country to the domestic market will be considered.

The NSSMC required depository institutions to provide the NSSMC with information on securities registered in Ukraine and directly or indirectly owned by russia or its residents, or with ultimate beneficial owners in russia.

The Central Depository is instructed to provide data on issuers of securities whose owners are registered in the russian federation or are its residents.

The data must be provided as of 24 February 2022 in the format specified by the NSSMC within five days of the publication of the Resolution.
