NSSMC established the conditions for submitting documents for the issuance of securities in the III quarter

The NSSMC (National Securities and the Stock Market Commission) has adopted the Resolution on the composition of the document packages that must be submitted to the NSSMC when securities are issued in the III quarter of 2022.

It was established that such document packages should include the annual financial statements for 2021. In addition, it may include interim financial statements together with a report on the review of interim financial statements for the 1st quarter or the 1st half of 2022.

This norm applies to issuers, founders – legal entities upon founding a joint-stock company, persons who provide security for the relevant issue of securities. At the same time, the norm does not apply to the issue of securities of collective investment institutions.
