A number of licensing conditions activities to finance construction and real estate operations have come into force

The NSSMC notes that the «Licensing Conditions for Professional Activities in Capital Markets – Property Management Activities for Financing Construction and / or Real Estate Transactions»  has entered into force.

The Resolution of the NSSMC on the approval of litsums was registered in the Ministry of Justice on March 10, 2022 under N 319/37655. The document entered into force on March 22, 2022.

This legal act covers the whole range of issues related to property management activities to finance construction and / or real estate transactions.
