A new mechanism for holding a meeting of NPF founders entered into force

The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) reports that today, May 13, a legal act entered into force on certain issues of the meeting of the founders of the non-state pension fund (NPF).

The document was registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 02, 2022 under #474/37810

It consists of an updated Procedure for holding a meeting of the founders of the NPF through a survey, which determines:

• requirements for the meeting procedure;
• the decision-making procedure through surveys;
• functionality of the counting commission;
• features of drawing up the minutes of the meeting.

In addition, the NPA includes the Procedure for the Commission to make a Resolution on the Agenda of the NPF Founders’ Meeting, which did not take place twice in a row due to the lack of a sufficient number of representatives of the Fund’s founders.
