In this regard, we would like to inform you that the SMIDA, which provides information services, has made all the necessary changes to the SMIDA XML Report web application, which allows for the generation of electronic forms of information in accordance with Order No. 35.
The mechanism for submitting the said reports is determined by the Regulation on Disclosure of Information by Issuers of Securities and Persons Providing Collateral for Such Securities (Resolution No. 608 of 06.06.2023). The provisions of the document apply to the following subjects of information disclosure:

  • issuers of securities, including foreign issuers;
  • persons providing security for securities;
  • corporate rights advisors.

At the same time, we draw attention to the fact that in connection with the military aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine, the NSSMC has established that temporarily for the period of martial law, issuers, persons providing security for such securities and corporate rights advisers are exempt from the obligation to disclose regulated information (except for disclosure of special information) within the time limits established by applicable law. However, after the end of martial law, such information must be disclosed within 90 days (Resolution No. 98 of January 24, 2024).
