The NSSMC finalized the license conditions for trading in financial instruments

The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) approved the revised draft of the Licensing Conditions for professional activity on the capital markets – trading in financial instruments, taking into account suggestions and comments from the market community.

The document stipulates that investment firms are obliged to bring their activities to these License Terms within six months from the day following the termination or cancellation of martial law throughout Ukraine, namely:

• internal documents;
• ownership structure.
