[:ua]НКЦПФР (Національна комісія з цінних паперів та фондового ринку) запроваджує очний формат проведення загальних зборів для учасників КІФ (корпоративного інвестиційного фонду), дійсний на період дії воєнного стану в Україні.

Мова йде про збори, в яких беруть участь власники 100 відсотків голосуючих акцій КІФ. Якщо кількість таких осіб не перевищує п’яти осіб, то вони мають право провести збори за спрощеною процедурою.

Учасники, у разі зібрання в одному місці, мають право прийняти будь-яке рішення, що належить до їх компетенції і відповідає законодавству та статуту КІФ.

Схвалені рішення оформлюються у вигляді протоколу за підписом усіх учасників КІФ, які є власниками 100% голосуючих акцій.

Рішення НКЦПФР №1463 набирає чинності сьогодні, 23 грудня. Воно вносить зміни до попередніх документів регулятора (рішення №№1183, 1318) щодо особливостей проведення загальних зборів під час війни. We are talking about meetings in which the owners of 100 percent of the voting shares of CIF participate. If the number of such persons does not exceed five persons, then they have the right to hold meetings according to a simplified procedure.
Participants, in the case of meeting in one place, have the right to make any Resolution that belongs to their competence and corresponds to the legislation and the statute of the CIF.
Approved Resolutions are drawn up in the form of a protocol signed by all CIF participants who own 100% of the voting shares.
Resolution No. 1463 of the NSSMC enters into force today, December 23. It makes changes to the regulator’s previous documents (Resolutions No. 1183, 1318) regarding the specifics of holding general meetings during wartime.
