The NSSMC adopted 44 Resolutions, ranging from legislative changes to investor protection

On July 3, a regular meeting of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission took place.

During the meeting, Commissioners adopted 44 Resolutions concerning the improvement of the regulatory framework, the review of legislative initiatives, the regulation of the activities of professional participants in capital markets and organized commodity markets, and investor protection.

Specific Resolutions concerned the registration of share and corporate bond issues, the operations of collective investment institutions, the approval of executives at professional market participants, the authorization of a rating agency, and the notification of investors regarding questionable investment projects.
